They did a great job fixing our car after it broke down in the middle of winter but that’s not my point of this review. The owner himself was really what made the whole experience. He was truly empathetic to us and our situation. He knew we had small kids and even offered to give us a ride if we needed it. It’s rare to find people these days who truly care and willing to go above and beyond to help people. If you are looking for a trustworthy genuine place I couldn’t recommend this shop enough.

My preferred and most trusted local shop. Mostly because of their honest and fantastic mechanic Howard. He really is the best!!

I highly recommend Frank and his staff at Brothers Auto in Amesbury! He keeps you updated, works efficiently, explains things well, has reasonable prices and his staff is well trained! Thank you!
